I have many, many thank-you's to send out - especially to my wife, who was the most excellent crew chief that I could have ever dreamt of. Those thank-you's will come out soon, I promise. But for now, I am off to sleep in my own bed, hopefully for the next 15 hours.
My wife has been working on an awesome recap video, and as soon as she's done I'll get that posted here. Until then, here are a couple of photos from out on the trail that my amazing pacer, John, took out on the course.

Congrats Jesse!! So amamzing. Can't wait for the video!!!
I am surprised by the diverse terrain...definitely an added challenge level! I think I was imagining you running 100 miles across something like flat Kansas. I'm even more impressed now! Thanks for the updates and for letting us be a tiny part of your ridiculous accomplishment. The only thing I've got that even sort of compares is childbirth--ha ha!
Great pictures, that's one brutal course!! You should have called Tara and I when you were unexpectedly delayed at DIA, we'd have come and given you a big congrats hug!
oh my gosh. you had to do this same part of the trail in the dark? yeah i would have just tuck 'n rolled and hoped when i got to the bottom i was still on the right path :)
gorgeous scenery though.
dang...you weren't kidding with the elevation!! Holy hills!! Cannot wait for the report and video...and your wife is incredible!! You owe her big time :)
Awesome experience sir. I cannot wait for the full recap and Congratulations on an exceptional accomplishment.
Those are great pics!! Looks like a tough climb.
Hey! Haven't had a chance to give you a big congratulations yet! That's a pretty amazing accomplishment, especially with the injury setbacks you had to work around. I can't imagine putting my body through 100 miles of hilly trail running at once.
And thanks for posting updates along the course. It was great to follow along.
